<description>Employability skills that recruiters demand
Mishra, Krishna
Today, it is preferable to have an employability skill while participating in a recruitment process. Therefore, it is essential for job seekers to have employability skills to get a job and succeed in terms of performance and promotions. Employability skills are also part of soft skills. These skills are the qualities which are associated with the personal character or attitude. On the other hand, hard skill is necessary to accomplish a task. Studies based on primary data have been conducted worldwide seeking to understand what recruiters want and job seekers possess. The major objective of the present study is to review this available literature on the phenomenon of soft skill. Many scholars have debated the concept of soft skills and tried to identify a set of such skills. Researchers have tried to conceptualize these skills under common themes/factors. Along with these factors, this paper reflects on the concepts of soft skill and hard skill. It seeks to discuss and review the soft skills identified in the literature.

eager to know many things at a time and that’s the reason, today we have social media. It&#13;
makes our life so easy and evolving platform for people who want to communicate, express&#13;
and share content and news stories at a faster speed. Social media has grown enormously at&#13;
an unexpectedly fast rate and has captured millions of users worldwide. It has affected our&#13;
mind and different aspects of our life like social, cultural, political, economical etc. and also&#13;
influence our thinking and feelings. It disseminates information, knowledge and created&#13;
awareness among people on different issues. This digital information age gives us more&#13;
breaking news than ever before. In this research paper, an extensive review of the literature&#13;
has been carried on to analyze and to get an effective understanding of the impact of social&#13;
media as a source of news. This study will reveal how people use social networking sites, as a&#13;

<title>Contradictory Development of Media: A study of Gandhian Model of Journalism and Contemporary Media</title>
<link>http://27.109.7.66:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/794</link>
<description>Contradictory Development of Media: A study of Gandhian Model of Journalism and Contemporary Media
Mishra, Krishna Kumari; Sharma, Subhash
The Internet has changed the whole media environment. There is a tremendous change in the way of&#13;
consuming news and information. World Wide Web has opened many doors at a global platform. It&#13;
created a lot of news distribution channel on a single platform. News industries are experiencing great&#13;
change. Social media acts as a platform of where they communicate, express and share their feelings,&#13;
joys, happiness, different contents and news stories with amazing faster speed. People are highly&#13;
affected by this, their social, cultural, political and economic behaviour is changed. People are sharing&#13;
news stories on the social media platform. As we know Credibility and accuracy is the key in the&#13;
journalism profession since inception. Mahatma Gandhi, “The father of the nation”, was a&#13;
revolutionary freedom fighter, a national leader and a social reformer. Apart from that, he recognized&#13;
the power of journalism. In his movement of non-violence and truth, he achieved the collective&#13;
opinions of people. Through his movement, people coming together, and share the idea to bring&#13;
change in the society. And he achieved his aim with truth and nonviolence. Old and new journalism&#13;
works differently. In this digital era, the line between the professional journalist and amateur (citizen&#13;
journalist) has been blurred; as a result, the structure of representing news is changed. The core traits&#13;
‘credibility’ and ‘accuracy’ are highly affected. Yes, it’s true, this digital information age gives us&#13;
more breaking news and interactive platform than ever before but there are many negative&#13;
consequences also. In this research paper, an extensive review of the literature has been carried on to&#13;
analyze the overall positive and negative impact of social networking sites as a source of news. This&#13;
study will reveal how people use social networking sites, to generate awareness in society and how it&#13;
is affecting society in a positive and negative manner. Misinformation is a major threat to our society&#13;
and it develops a negative mindset of society members and how this transformation of news&#13;
consumption puts the Gandhiji’s model of journalism at risk

Balwaria, Rishi Raj; Biswal, Ashutosh
The Teacher Educator who is responsible for shouldering the challenges of 21 st century&#13;

classrooms. These changes make new demands and pose fresh challenges to teacher&#13;
education systems and practices. These changes finally impact the overall job of teacher&#13;
educators. Thus, the researcher would try to seek the answers of these research questions in&#13;
the process of this research work. How can job satisfaction of secondary teacher educators be&#13;
measure? What is the level of job satisfaction of teacher educators working in different type of&#13;
